As a Psychologist (HCPC and BPS) and Counsellor (BACP), I provide adult and child counselling in West and Central London.
I specialised in anxiety and depression with a special interest in stress at work.
Therapy can be in English or in French (Psychologue en français Londres).

I offer a client centered compassionate and non judgmental psychological support to adults for short-term counselling (12 sessions) and longer-term psychotherapy (open ended) and use a range of modern approaches depending on client needs (EMDR, Humanistic, Psycho dynamique).
My approach is open, flexible and collaborative.

As a Counsellor I can help finding solutions and relieve the stress by changing your view of yourself and your situation.
With the support of a Counsellor , you will discover that you are not stuck and that you have options to break the cycle of depression and anxiety. During psychotherapy or counselling, you will find out that you have the capacity to make choices that will lead to your success. Along the way, you will lower your level of anxiety and depression while drawing on new resources for the future.

With my support, you could start exploring your feelings of anxiety, depression or the fear linked to trauma, the anger and sadness linked to bereavement, how they manifest and how you react to them.
By looking at your difficulties and talking through them with a counsellor you can start understanding what is at stake behind your struggle and develop strategies to cope. Developing a problem solving attitude and acceptance of your strengths and weaknesses will allow you to dismantle the large problem, break it down into small steps you could deal with in a confident and efficient way.
